She supports execution discipline, internal accountability, and compliance alignment across advisory and operating assignments.

Tim McGraw is a senior operator with more than 25 years of experience leading, acquiring, and stabilizing businesses across real estate, manufacturing, consumer products, logistics, and regulated industries.

He is frequently engaged in special-situation roles where execution risk is elevated — including pre-close operating diligence, post-acquisition stabilization, turnaround environments, and fractional executive leadership. Tim’s strength lies in rapidly diagnosing on-the-ground realities, pressure-testing assumptions, and aligning teams around disciplined execution.

In addition to his advisory work through MCAG, Tim serves as CEO of Rare Breed Companies, overseeing multi-brand operations in consumer health and wellness.
